Dr Pawel Suwinski is a medical professional with extensive experience in clinical genomics, bioinformatics, healthcare informatics and economics. He holds a medical degree from Warsaw Medical Academy in Poland, a master’s degree in Healthcare Management from Swansea University (UK), and Postgraduate Diploma in Human Clinical Genetics (NZ).
He has diverse working engagements that include:

Clinical practice, Malaysian National Telemedicine Project.
Implementation of Hospital Information System in the Middle East countries.
Healthcare consulting with Frost & Sullivan.
Malaysian Genomics Resource Centre Berhad (MGRC): clinical geneticists and a medical bioinformatician
Mygenics: bioinformatic analysis and interpretation of genomic sequence data, clinical data analytics, genomic/genetic tests commercialisation, clinical geneticists.

Dr Pawel received acclaim for his research through scientific papers, articles, and quotes published in Frontiers in Genetics, Market Mergers, The Financial Times, Bloomberg, The Edge, The New Straits Times and other local and regional dailies, and business publications. He has authored several White Papers and has been a guest speaker at numerous conferences on Medical Genomics, Personalised Medicine and Hospital Information Technologies.

Dr. Guanglan Zhang is an Associate Professor and the Health Informatics Program faculty coordinator at Computer Science Department, Metropolitan College (MET) at Boston University. She has a broad background in bioinformatics and health informatics, with expertise in computational modeling of complex biological processes, the building of analytical tools for pattern recognition from these data, the development of next-generation biological databases, and the construction of computational infrastructures to support biomedical studies. During the 20 plus years of pursuing research in biomedical sciences, she has authored more than 50 journal publications, developed more than 20 online computational systems, and filed two patents as co-inventors.
